Your clubs will remain the same for the duration of membership (30 days). You may be able to make a change, check out the T&Cs for more details.

Children policy:
Family membership includes 2 adults and up to 2 children age 15 and below.
Single Parent membership: One adult and up to two children age 15 and below.
If you have a teenager, you will need to purchase a separate single membership and if you have more than two kids, talk to us help@myadv.me
