GENERAL QUESTIONS:

Advantage Plus is a member’s only clubs that allow you to enter select Clubs & Gyms around UAE. Besides this, you get access to a large selection of offers across the lifestyle sector. This will include anything from restaurants, fashion, groceries, medical, spa and even pest control. We have partners across the various lifestyle choices.

 Some offers are redeemable in venues, some for service sand some online in the form of a unique discount code. All easy to find in the App.

You will be able to request one club change for free within 14 days from sign up.
To change a club after 14 days, you will be able to do one change for a club that was added to the selection after you have joined. There will be an admin fee and card re-print fee.

With a Single Membership, you are given free access and any guest you may want to bring with you (adult or child) you would have to pay the discounted guest rate. The guest rates are available to see in the App.

If you were to opt-in for the Family Membership, you may have up to four family members using the membership. Family members are husband, wife and up to 2 children age 15 or below. The same policy applies for guests and guest rates as for single membership.

 Go to any of our Sign up / Become Member website areas and complete registration. Then, we will cross check if you have been a recent member of any partner clubs and from there is smooth sailing to payment. Couple bits of information required to complete the process, like your Emirates ID in JPEG format and then you are done.

 We will send you confirmation of your application and process your membership card and the App access.

Your membership will be valid for 12 months.

Club Access:

Yes, unlimited visits but access is not guaranteed. We operate on a First-Come-First-Served-Basis. This does mean that on a day we may have fully used our membership access at a particular club. 
If one of your clubs is already very busy, the best options then are to either access the club on another day or spend the day at either of the other clubs on your list. We always recommend checking Member Portal for real-time occupancy updates before setting off.

A sufficient number of membership slots are being purchased at each club with healthy ratios based on usage trends and member levels.

If membership slots are all in use at the time of your visit, you may be able to pay the special day rate to gain access, subject to availability. Alternatively, spend the day at one of the other clubs on your list. We always recommend checking Member Portal for real-time occupancy updates before setting off.  

No. You may visit a club only once in a day, subject to availability of membership slots by the time of your visit. 

Yes. You may visit more than one club in a day, subject to availability of membership slots by the time of your visit.

Yes! Login to your Member Portal and go to "My Clubs"

CHILDREN & GUESTS

Children are allowed to go with you to use the facilities and membership you purchase. Most clubs don't allow access to gyms to under 16 years old, check each venues information and their facilities description for more details. Some guest rates may apply, depending on a club and day of the week.

Children can only go with you as your guests or under Family Membership.

Yes. This is standard practice, please keep their Emirates IDs on you at all times.

No. The membership is non-transferable. Each card/ App includes a photograph of the membership holder and all clubs reserve the right to cross-check the Emirates ID in case of image mismatch. If the ID does not match the membership details, clubs reserve the right to refuse the entry.

For more information on guest rates, refer to each venue’s offering for more details. Most rates are nominal and will not break the bank.

Adding A PARTNER to Family membership

Yes, you can. However, it will not be a Family membership but an additional Single membership. If you are on a corporate rate, the add on partner rate may vary.

 You do not need to be married to nominate someone also to get an Advantage Plus membership. You are free to nominate a partner as you see fit, it may be your sister, brother, friend, relative or even a cousin.

 All we ask is that you would ensure that your partner is familiar with the terms and conditions of the membership.

PAYMENTS & FEES

 You can pay by credit card/ debit card. The payment is collected for the membership duration upfront. Some of the corporate partnerships allow for quarterly payments or salary deductions. Speak to your employer to find out if you are Advantage Plus corporate client. If not, get in touch help@myadv.me.

Our membership prices are per person or family per annum. The rates vary, please refer to the price section of the website.

 We accept major credit cards. For select corporate partners, we offer Direct deduction of salary (these go through your HR).

 We do not offer refunds.

MEMBERSHIP ACCESS AND CARD DELIVERY

 Your card will be delivered by courier once we have all of the details we require to process your membership. Our team will advise when your card has been dispatched, and the courier will contact you on the mobile number you provide to arrange delivery. Or you will be able to collect it from a hot desk or your HR department.

Portal can be accessed via "Member Login" or got to access, go to this website: https://member.advplus.ae/.
Click on “sign-up” and enter the email address you used during the membership purchase. You will receive an email with a  password setup link.

 To access the club, you will be required to show the original card. All clubs operate strick No-Card-No-Entry policy.

CORPORATE RATES

 We offer corporate rates to companies that purchase a large number of memberships. Get in touch with us on help@myadv.me to find out more.

 This will depend on an agreement between the HR department and us. Best to get in touch with them. If we are not yet listed as a Corporate partner in your company, get in touch with us on help@myadv.me.

Once you have your membership and you have paid the annual fees, you will be able to use it until it expires.  There is no need to panic if you resign you will get to keep the membership. Upon membership renewal, the membership price may be different.
